Ontario Education Collaborative Marketplace (OECM) is a not-for-profit group procurement partner for Ontario’s Education sector and other Broader Public Sector (BPS) entities. OECM boasts having 100% of Ontario’s education sector as members —72 school boards, 20 universities, 24 colleges – and 1080 members representing the broader public sector and not-for-profits.
